We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), bank transfers in MAD or EUR, and cash payments at the agency. Note that a credit card in the main driver's name is required for the security deposit.

Our concierge team tracks your flight in real-time. Upon your arrival at Casablanca, Marrakech, or Rabat airports, a representative holding a name board will greet you right outside the arrivals gate. Your vehicle will be waiting in the VIP parking, allowing you to skip the rental desks.

Yes, one-way rentals are permitted between our locations in major Moroccan cities. A one-way delivery fee may apply depending on the distance between the pickup and drop-off cities.

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup will incur a fee equivalent to 1 day of rental. No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.

Yes, modifications to dates, vehicle type, or extras can be requested subject to availability. Changes might affect the total price according to the current rates.
